About the Author
Charles came to Christ in 1975, six years after
committing the most horrible crime, the Tate/LaBianca
murders, with members of the Manson family.
He began ministry training and co-authored the
book Will
You Die For Me? in 1978. He founded Abounding
Love Ministries, Inc., in 1980. Charles was ordained
in 1983. He has spent all these years ministering
to men in prison and to those around the world.
In 1997, the website www.aboundinglove.org was
created, and it has since reached thousands of
people worldwide. In 2003, the ministry published
the book Manson's
Right-Hand Man Speaks Out!
It is our hope and prayer that the efforts with
this new book will affect the way you see God.
Our desire is to al-ways make others feel loved
so they may believe the truth: God loves them.
About the Ministry
Abounding Love Ministries, Inc., testifies that
anyone can be forgiven and changed, even a former
member of the Manson family. Charles Watson is
now born again in Christ, ministering the Gospel
to prisoners and to people around the world.
Abounding Love Ministries has been incorporated
under the non-profit corporation laws of the State
of California and has been granted State tax-exempt
status since 1980.
Additionally, the ministry has been granted tax-exempt
status by the Internal Revenue Service of the
U.S. Government [Internal Revenue Code, Section
501(c)(3).]
A group of volunteers, including a Christian
attorney and a Board of Directors consisting of
six members, make decisions, and oversee the ministry's
yearly budget, goals and purposes. Charles is
not on the Board of Directors.
This ministry intends to reach the lost, the
backslidden, the unchurched and the unproductive,
and make them whole through the love of God. Its
goal is to help launch them into productive, personal
service.
In all that we do, we will seek to build a Biblically
based sense of worth. We endeavor to bring every
person into a responsible, personal relationship
with God and others through Jesus Christ.
